  First time visiting this place... parking is easy it has big parking space, place is clean and well maintained.
  
  Service I would say 5 stars, staff are nice we are welcomed with smile, serving of our food is quick. Food is great as always. First time trying their shake, I would say its definitely a MUST TRY SHAKES, it was so good. My family has a picky taste when it comes to shakes but when we tried their shakes we can't resist. Staff are so nice for sure out of all the red robin I visited from west covina to other places, this place is my favorite.

  I would like to start off by saying I have been craving a really delicious cheeseburger for over a month .. I am AMAZED!!!!!!!!! WITH RED  ROBIN'S
  THE Red Robin Gourmet burger .  I am not convinced that is the correct name .. I HAVE TO SAY BEST BURGER HANDS DOWN !  Thank you so much for a completely satisfied GIRL ! LOL
  and so now the service ..  we chose to pick up our meal this time and bring home the young lady at the front hostess gave us a cup of fries at for the ride home which that was completely unexpected.. and so very appreciative .. this has been the trip down the hill for a delicious burger .. and Red Robin ... YOU ROCK !!!
  thank you for the great service at take out  .   And the cooks for amazing food .. Red Robin in HEMET has a good TEAM...

  A few years ago, I had a fantastic experience at this restaurant. About a year ago, it was pretty good. As of today, it's become some sort of strange dystopian establishment staffed with non-compassionate robots.
  
  Ordered online - great. Says it will be ready at 1:00 - great. Arrived in the empty parking lot at 12:59- great. Call the number on the sign for curbside pickup - rings for a few minutes - no answer.
  
  I call again. Rings for about 5 minutes - no answer.
  
  It's now 1:10.
  
  I wander inside and say, "I called twice for curbside, no one answered."
  
  Ignoring what I said, they say, "Here for pick up?"
  
  Me: Uh... yeah? Eric.
  
  "One second." says emotionless droid #1.
  
  He walks slowly to the back of the empty restaurant and brings my food.
  
  He hands it to droid #2 to give to me (a strange choice as I was 5 feet away from him.)
  
  I ask droid #2 for ranch on the side. She stares blankly at me for 5 seconds, turns and begins walking away. As she enters the kitchen, she turns around and says, "You asked for ranch right?"
  
  "Uh... yeah?" I reply.
  
  She asks a condiment droid to fill a container and then brings them to me.
  
  I say "Thank you."
  
  I am met by the same lifeless android eyes. She is silent. Cold. Careless. Calculating.
  
  "Have a nice day!" I say again, attempting once more to communicate. It does not compute. I turn and walk out the door, drowning in the awkward silence of the restaurant.
  
  I get in my car and leave.
  
  My burger was overcooked a bit, but general flavor was fine I suppose - however, that's more a reflection of the good quality of the chain rather than of this individual store.

  If your willing to brave the winter-like north 40 cold of the bar area; the tender there is on point with the refills of fries and drinks and she has a mind like a steel trap with our specialty orders.

  Red Robin, Hemet is a great place to eat if you need something for the entire family. It's got enough going on as far as decor to keep even the busiest minds content while enjoying a burger. The wait at this location is pretty decent and the kitchen staff is efficient. The prices are pretty average for a restaurant like this. I really enjoy the bbq chicken wrap and French onion soup.
